1660 Gordon Bars

I just purchased a 1660 with a specialty rotor, I am wondering how the performance of this will compare to my stock 1440 with standard rotor? I can make an excellent sample without breaking up the straw with the 1440.

Would gordon bars or straight bars help keep the straw length? Any other modifications?

I am in Ontario with 80-90 bushel wheat.
