Don't know much about the Gordon bars, we run all large wires in first concave 2nd & 3rd concave every other wire out, depending on greeness of straw and variety of rice rotor will run from 680-800 AFX rotor specialty rotor not much diff, concave open then close till rice is off straw to your liking, fan 88 has cross flow fan 1080-1100 loaded, top screen about 5/8", bottom close to 5/16", open in small amounts if return plugs. rule is lower rotor speed close concave unless in down rice then speed rotor open concave but it's all in the feed of the header that makes the combine hope this helps you!!
