Scott, here is what was recommended to me
1 inch by 2 inch angle placed at 7 o'clock position behind the table auger, right across from the cheek
to end in line with the feeder chains, with the 1 inch leg facing up. Leave a 9 inch section seperately removable on each piece closest to centre, seperately removable
Tek screw to the floor.
I can't say it was successful, but our problems may have been different. Mine was in light, short barley
that would feed to the centre and then wrap around and around.
The solution I found was to LIFT the table auger(opposite to manual advice) and also if extreme, slow the auger down
Its easy to try the lift technique with CIH machines, if you can keep the ground speed up to say 10-12 kph and lift the reel.
The table auger lifts with reel, at the end of its stroke.
Please E-mail me with your results, even if harvest is months away.
