there is a honeycomb inside the black intake. with the screen that had the big holes in, it got somewhat plugged. that would take away from the vacuum to blow trash out the muffler. the mec. will take apart and clean and put back together, i presume you had the bigger hole drum on to start with. they are also going to use bearings on the drum to stabilise to housing. there is no mod papers out yet. we got this info at a update school. the tech from your dealership could probably also tell you more. the holes in the new one will be .024 not .027.
