I am " The Disrupter Guy" and have been rebuilding concaves along time. My advice to you would be to remove atleast everyother wire from your small wire concaves or even more. Your concaves are the same as largewire concaves except for the wire spacing. We remove half of the wires in large wife concaves for corn and beans. Call me 1-800-235-4461
