for most settings use the book except the rotor speed.in beans increase the rotor speed til you see splits or no pods if you start to see splits and still have unthreshed pods then close the shoe seive til there are none. dont wory about the speed you might have to run it up to 800rpms. for corn if you have corn on the cob increase the rotor speed. if its takeing if off the cob but you have some grinding slow it down. in dry easy trashing corn go as slow as it goes. in corn trying leaveing the shoe open and useing the top 1 to get the sample clean . its to easy to get the shoe to tight.
