2188 in Black beans

Looking for advise or recommendations for settings trying to combine soybeans and Blackbeans after they get a little tough in the early evening. Right now I'm having problems with them pounding through the rotor. During the day we've got the rotor running at 320 RPM , and the concave set at 1.5 .
