Normo, I think you meant to say the keystock grates. Yes for harvesting corn for best results you should have the keystock grates and the large wire concaves with every other wire removed.

Slow the rotor down to about 450 RPM, set the chaffer at 3/4 and the seive at about a 1/2 and run the fan at 1050 to 1100 RPM. Those are the starting settings and should be pretty close. K.A.
