I suggest that you pull out every other wire on all three concaves. Plug the remaining holes with 1/4 X 1/2 stove bolts to keep tassle stems from hair pinning through the holes. Run all vanes in the slowest position.

You need to open your lower sieve wide enough to stop return grain. Install Gorden Rotor Bars to aid in more complete, early shelling, and better separation. Then, if you harvest soybeans, install Gorden Cover Plates.
