clean grain elevator

I have a 1997 2166 and the clean grain elevator has started to wear out at at the top and bottom with only 1340 sep hrs.I have never replaced one and was wondering what is the best way to replace it? Do I need to take off all side panels and top of bin? Anyone Thanks
