settings for 2188 with spec rotor in canola

I operate a 2188 with spec rotor and i'm having trouble achieving a decent sample and minimal losses. seems i can't get one with out loosing the other so i was just wondering if anyone had suggestions for rotor/fan rpm, sieve settings etc.
