It will not, unless you are willing to do a lot of modifications. The electrical and hydralic hook ups are different. The hooks on the top of the feederhouse are spaced differennt. The 465 will have an 1000 pto hookup, the green Claas will have a 540 pto. Many of the header parts are the same.
