The wind on this machine is not set correctly.
You need to make sure you have lots of wind, that the material
is not sitting on the seive, it should be 4-6" above the
sieve.If the material is not airborne, the chaff and grain can not be separated properly.
Adjust the deflector boards in the front off the seive to
get the material down in the front and more wind in the rear.
The problem with increasing the wind is to get it in the right place.
Good Luck -- ClAAS should never throw over the seive.
