we own a 480 Lexion
Several tricks
be sure not to overthresh and increase shoeload
in wheat run cylinder @ 800 and tight
fan 1250 and airblast in 6th hole
top sieve at 17-18mil and bottom at 6 to 8 mil
be sure that you aren't getting flase readings
