do not know about 9650 but know of a lot of problems with broken back axles on 9750 in the Missippi delta. One guy has 3 9750s and lost a total of 18 back axles. Deere finally settled for a HUGH amount of money and took the combines back. had 28lx26 tires set out to the last hole and rear wheel assist with Logger tires on front. Could not keep back axles on them. This all happened in the fall of 2002.
