after carefully going thru a neighbord CTS I observed the following,

1. At the rear of the tine seperator module there are two guards that are cylindrical in shape. these are mounted at the rear near the bearings. We could see where there was evidence of some smoldering or fire.
I suggested that we remove them and see what happens this year.

2.although the rotors are laser lined, there is a definate difference in the actual tube, I am sure that you may have noticed this, It seems to me and we are going to try this, align the bearing mounts as best you can. This being a happy medium between the bottom of the mount, where they will no doubt rub some of the bolt heads and a point where they will not.

I will look into this further as I have a good friend who works for the local Deere company.
