4240 3pt won't move up or down

I have recently biought a 4240 and the three pt worked all winter delivering hay bales and yesterday it quit as Ibacked up to pick up a round bale. The hydralics still work as I hooked up a cylinder to it and raised and lowered the cylinder. What are my possible choices in order from easiest and cheapest to the worst case and hardest?
