We have a 2003 9650 at least i think it's 2003. it's the year before the 9660. But it keeps over heating every once ine a while like almost every other day. And it's only 88 degrees. You blow out the radiator after th ebuzzer goes off you can go for a few more days then it does it again. blow outh the radiator and it's good for a few more days. So this year we replaced the door over the radiator, blew then power washed out the radiator, put new seals around it and the door and away we went. We started on our barley we were putting it in windrows the third day off use the buzzer went off we turned it off for the night didn't blow it out. went to work the next morning. we put the chopper back on went to work ALL day in 89-90 degree weather it never plugged and we never heard the buzzer. anyone else have this problem? Could it be a bad radiator? or a sensor? OR could it be a bad head? it has 2200 engine hours. thanks
