Happens all the time with cylinder machines.
Try taking a filler plate out and throwing in two golf balls in each section.They will help balance the cylinder and when you shut it off they will rattle around and knock off the dust.
Try cycling the cylinder a few times till it runs smooth then do not shut it off for the day.
