well to my understanding, the 9500 and the 7720 are just about the same size. where as teh 9600 and the 8820 are almost equal. It just makes sence since the 8820 was the biggest and the 9600 was, WAS the biggest, same with the 7720 second biggest.

I strongly would look for, or inquire about a hopper extention, the 9500 has a very small grain tank roughly 200 bushles if that? i know for sure our 7720 has 194 bushel capacity. So if this helps, have fun with the new machine, I know I am looking forward to using the new STS. Happy 'Shopping'
