WE also had the same kind of corn this year, only solution we found was to do a few power shutdowns to check what's inside the cage, then go as slow as possible, and run more than a "normal" amount of returns when we shut down the sieve to keep the cobs out. Seems like the STS has more returns than we used to get out of a conventional m achine.
