using a shelbourn stripper header works excellent
for combining grass sead.we did 1500 acres of
wheat grass last month using stripper headers and
very little problems as long as the sead was
plenty dry.using the stripper header there wasn't
much separation needed because the header only
takes the seed. using JD 9610's we ran the cylinder
around 600 rpm and ran the fan as slow as possible.
my only other advice would be to have a pitch fork
with you for unloading. we took off the grain tank
crossauger covers and it helped a lot for unloading.
