This was the setting that worked for us. 12-15 concave, rotor at 780-820, chaffer 16, seive 4, 4,5,6 blocked off and fan at 1100-1150. With the concaves closed and rotor speed up the stuff shoot through insteed of tumbling. It also grind too much straw through the concave and the loades up the chaffer and seive killing you wind.
