Is there any cracked sead in the hopper? If so your concave is probably worn out, valley in the middle, causing cracked seed on the outside of the first four rows on concave, and nearly untouched heads in the middle. Just an assumption, if its OK make sure your curtains are in. Are you running a chopper?
