Separator Clutch on R7

I have had to replace the bushing on the separator clutch pads almost every 250-300 hrs. They keep on breaking. Last time I pulled it apart everything looked alright and seem to be inline. I always idle engine down to 750 rpm's before turning separator on. I'am running out of ideas. TIA!!!
