R 75 door closing

Am looking at a 2007 R75 and am wondering why gleaner cannot make a door close without having to use more force than one should have to. I have demoed one before and it was the same way. It is not in the adjustment it is not being able to displace the air in cab. Has anyone tried to make something to let the presure out while closing.Have had that on chevy pickups before and have heard of windows getting blowed out.
