Probably one for NDDan or TBran who slip rotors in and out like others pull their pants on and off!
I guess you may have tried this.
There are a couple of holes through the solid sheet in the front of the cage near the gearbox end.
Rotor should be blocked up at the LH end to make it level.
Concave should be wound right up and two guys with bars through the front cage holes as above and through the concave can lift, move forward and back and can slightly rotate the rotor.
Usually just clonks on to the splines when you twist your mouth the right way!
