'84 N6 unloader won't turn on

Had the unloader completely out to change the bin floor. Put it all back in and now the hydraulic belt tensioner won't operate. When the switch is operated to on or off I can hear the engine briefly pull down, so I thing the electromagnet and safety switch are working properly. Also is an unrelated problem of the feed reverser not working.

Any help is appreciated.
