Yes you can get a seal kit (Part #71304442) to install on the upper end under steering wheel to stop leak. Remove steering wheel and then there should be a dust seal that covers snap ring (remove with putty knife or thin screw driver to reuse). Remove snap ring and then there should be a brass ring around shaft that you will have to rotate steering shaft back and forth slowly (with engine off of course) to pressurize oil to push brass ring up for removal.Then you will need to take a o-ring pick to remove seal around shaft. Reassemble in reverse order.
