315 head rebuild

I'm getting ready to rebuild my 315 head and want to change the dividers from the standard long ones to short ones like I've seen on some used ones advertised. Where do they come from, I'd like to buy a set.

Also I'd like to find a good 15' 16' or 18' rigid head preferably with a plain bat reel for an L3 or M3
