WERE IS THE BEST PLACE ON ROTOR TO PLACE SWEEPS AND DO THEY TAKE THE VIBERATION OUT OF THE ROTOR , DO YOU NEED TO REBALANCE THE ROTOR AFTER YOU PUT THEM IN , THANKS AND IS THERE BETTER IDEAS FOR A 04 R-75 WITH REGULAT ROTOR
