Last year and again this year we are having trouble getting the wheat straw to feed properly into the combine. We have a model 8000 grain head and a 8780 massey combine. The cut straw/wheat feeds into the head but when it reaches the throat does not get pulled properly into the throat. It just keeps rotating around and making a mess. When everything is shined up it is a bit better but something is still not right. Anyone have this problem? Everything is working but somehow there is no feed from the auger to the throat chain. Thanks for any help.
