We have tried changing rotor speed, concave clearance , blanks in the front to keep the heads grinding longer , more wires in concave, etc but we are still getting some wheat going through the chopper. We suspect we need new rasp bars and are considering new concaves since they are getting rounded and therefore are likely less aggressive than they could be. Any other suggestions? We have heard from others that this is not a unique problem. Thanks.
