setting 9895

We tried an A-85 and had issues setting it in wheat to begin with we went to concave @.2, cylinder @ 900 and wind @ 975 top seive @ 25 and bottom @ 6. and 2 filler strips, this led to a large amount of cracking the wheat and not saving it out the rear. Made sure concave was zeroed properly and this helped, Took out filler plates went to zero on concave and slowed rotor to 650 and wind @ 750 this is as good as we have gotten, still trowing out the shoe, compared to an R-72 with 30' head the A-85 with a 35' head could only keep up (slower but bigger head) if it was doing a decent job out the back. We had the gearbox in high so that probably didn't help the rotor as it would set off the warning light all the time and didn't click into the gearbox idea until er quit. Any ideas would be great, unloader is fast, a bit noisey but fast. Also what about fuel usage, the machine said 19-22 gallons per hour, seemed thirsty for the work it did as the r-72 was using 12.5 (all us gallons)
