Macdon Header Adapter

I am looking at getting a macdon header for our 8570. Have not seen a lot of MF/Macdon adapters for sale. Have heard that a Case/IH adapter will work. Is there any mods that have to be done to the adapter or will it fit right on? Any help would be appreciated.
