kwik cut knife system

I am running a 8570 with a 30' white 930 header with a kwik cut knife. I am having trouble with the knife breaking. Last fall I broke it 6 times. I am thinking about changing the knife system away from the kwik cut system. or should I rebuild the kwik cut system? I would like to know which system will cut smoother with less trouble. Thanks
