First, concave and rub bars must be in good shape.
Rear of concave set to " tick" and then backed off
a bit. I usually set it while someone else spun the cylinder
by hand ( slowly ). Make sure both sides are the same. Now, run the cyl.
as slow as possible and still get all the pods threshed.
