TR 97 grain tank auger removal

service manual show this auger coming out the right side of the machine after removing the head of the tailing return elevator.....

if you are gonna remove the unloading auger to replace also, will the grain tank auger slide out the left side while the unloader is off? i assume it will but haven't gone ahead yet.
