CX 860 computer bypass

Is there any way to bypass a "stop" error code on a 2004 model? We have a 0021 "rear ladder down" error. The problem is not the sensor itself. This particular error shuts down the entire combine thrashing system. You can't do anything but run the engine or drive around with it. Can't find the problem and so the machine just sits. GRRR!
