The Gorden Rotor Bars, when installed in the specialty rotor, offer these advantages:

• The superior threshing action of the standard rotor.

• Helps reduce rotor loss because separation begins sooner in the concaves

• Gorden Rotor Bars are cast in 15-3 chrome alloy.
• Chrome alloy will outlast chrome-plated and ductile iron bars by several thousand hours.
• Chrome-plated bars wear faster because the chrome plating chips away.
• Gorden Rotor Bars are solid chrome alloy instead of plated so the chrome is always present to resist wear
• High-grade mounting bolts and self-locking nuts come with each bar.

Each Gorden Rotor Bar easily bolts in and replaces two original bars in the threshing area of the Case IH specialty rotor.

Gorden rotor Bars are factory weighed and sorted. To maintain balance, install Gorden Rotor Bars in groups of three on the 40 through 77 series rotor. Install in groups of four on the 80-88 series.

Adding more Gorden rotor Bars increases the threshing action. Up to 15 Gorden Rotor Bars can be installed on the 40 through 77 series. Twenty Gorden Rotor Bars fit on the 80-88 series rotor.  Up to 14 Gorden Separator Bars fit the 80-88 series rotor.

The Gorden Rotor Bar wedges more crop against the concave. Gorden Rotor Bars thresh more completely in the front of the rotor. Separating begins sooner with earlier threshing. Wider cleaning sieve settings are possible along with good grain samples. Sieve setting is much less critical. A wider sieve setting returns less clean grain. Fewer returns reduce kernel damage and rotor loss.

Gorden Separator Bars increase the separating capacity over the grate area and help reduce roping in tough bean crops.
